We ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier, Fedex (usually one day within FL). We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing hello@whitakerandbull.com and referencing your order number. Sample Sets are not eligible for return. Once the product is received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase amount. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resell-able condition. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 90-day period following delivery, please take a photo of your issue and send it with your order number and explanation to hello@whitakerandbull.com and we will proceed to resolve the issue. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card. Please email hello@whitakerandbull.com with any additional questions regarding returns and exchanges.
